SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
All orders are processed & shipped according to the following schedule:
— Orders placed Monday–Thursday: Processed the same day & shipped out within 1–2 weeks
— Orders placed on Friday: Processed the same day & shipped out within 1–2 weeks
— Orders placed on Saturday: Processed the same day & shipped out the following week
We ensure that each order is carefully processed & prepared for shipment based on our weekly schedule!
ORDER CHANGES
Changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase via Instagram @makamaecollective
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance before purchasing, feel free to reach out – we're happy to help!
REPAIRS
I’m pleased to offer FREE repairs on jewelry purchased from my collection. Whether it’s loose clasps, open jump rings, protruding wire, or misshapen pieces, I’ll be happy to restore it to its original condition
To get started, simply send the item back to me, & I’ll take care of the repair. Please note that while the repair service is complimentary, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs
For Jewelry from Other Businesses:
I also offer repair services for jewelry purchased elsewhere, provided the item is fixable. A small fee will apply for these repairs
Important:
If any pieces are missing, there will be a small replacement fee

DELIVERY TIMES
— Economy Shipping: Typically takes 5-8 business days
— Expedited Shipping: Options are available at checkout
A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon shipment!
LOST OR STOLEN MAIL
— We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
— If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered):
— Contact us on Instagram at @makamaecollective, & we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
For stolen packages:
— Check with neighbors, file a report with your local post office, & contact your local authorities
